General Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at ALTTRIX stores.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it or received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original manufacturer packaging, no exceptions.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You must request a "Return Merchandise Authorization" number from our online customer service department. That wway you can be assured of yoru refund once we receive the returned merchandise. Without this number, it will be hard to tracj who it came from.
Once we receive your AUTHORIZED RMA item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 48 hrs, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Return Shipping is FREE of charge if teh conditions are met:
1. The product arrived defective
2. The product was not what you ordered.
You will be deducted shippign costs if the following applies:
1. You made a mistake on your order.
2. You have decided that the product(s) is not for you before 30 days.
3. You have damamaged the product accidently.
